A massive thank you to all the people across Mozilla (including many hard-working community managers) that made it possible for contributors from many different functional and geographic teams to come together at the recent Virtu-All Hands. It was an educational and productive week that will help us to work with our wider communities over the coming months and reminds us all that while we may not be together, we are not apart.

IndieWebCamp West - Eat Your Own Cooking Pre Party

  • When: 8-10pm PDT
  • Where: The comfort of your own dining table, coffee table, or tea room

The night before IndieWebCamp West we’re continuing our tradition of social eats & drinks ...except we will be eating together apart.

So, set a place setting in front of your webcam and join us for some distance socializing.

In respect to other timezones, you need not bring dinner. Other meals, snacks, etc are welcome.

Saturday and Sunday: IndieWebCamp West is two days of meeting up online as it fits your schedule, to share ideas, create & improve personal websites, and build upon each other's creations.

Whether you’re a creator, writer, blogger, coder, designer, or just someone who wants to improve their presence on the web, there is something for you here.

All skill and experience levels welcome!

  • When: 09:00-18:00 PDT, June 27-28th
  • Where: At the comfort of your desk, on your couch, or wherever else you feel inspired to take back your web.

Speakers

The limit is 3 minutes per topic. It's like a lightning talk, but don't feel that you have to have slides in order to make a presentation. If you plan on showing a video, you need to contact the Air Mozilla team before the day of the meeting or you will be deferred to the next week. The meeting is streamed in a 4:3 format in order to allow for split screen. If your slides are 16:9 "widescreen" format, please indicate in the "Sharing" column below.
