By boat: North Greenwich Pier (every 20 min) toward Embankment Pier; Disembark at Greenwich Pier
By Bus:Take Bus 129 or 188 toward Greenwich Cutty Sark (every 12 min); Disembark at National Maritime Museum
By Train:Take the Jubilee to Canary Wharf (every 6-10 min); Transfer to the DLR and take to Cutty Sark

Once you get to Greenwich, walk up the hill in Greenwich Park toward Royal Observatory for prime fireworks viewing (Follow Green Beam from Observatory)
