- Google Gears
- Passwordbank (provided with Dell laptops with fingerprint readers)
- Google Toolbar is technically compatible but some reports of issues.
- Firefox takes a long time to cold start: bug 501605
- Lost bookmarks/signons (probably just a bad import or update from corrupted files).
- Changed UI:
- Closing the last tab closes the window. New KB article
- How to clear cache or cookies (as suggested by some sites). Clearing Recent History may need renaming.
- AMO/Fx3.5/Incompatible_Add-ons#Firefox_3.5_Incompatible_Add-ons Incompatible extensions (main complaints were 3rd party ones)
- Support stats: 463 live chats the first day, 1275 first week. 2566 forum threads for the week. (Traffic about double usual numbers.)
- Big thanks to QA team for helping out with live chat. We got lots of great feedback.

Partners
- Request from Yandex to remove keyword search from location bar and replace with standard search query. Agree that current implementation, due to how people are using awesomebar w/keyword.URL isn't that great a UX and will submit bug to change
- Will be requesting Removing Google BBN query in keyword.URL and replacing it with standard Google search query, similar to what's in the default plugin.
- 3.5 major updates appear to have gone smoothly with 3.x partner repacks. First time ever we've offered MU day and date for partner repacks (in the past, there's been a 3-9 month lag + a TONNE of effort). Big thanks to Thunder for the distribution code in 3.0 to make this possible, and RelEng/QA for making sure 3.0-> 3.5 wouldn't bork.
- 3.5 repacks were delivered to partners within 3 days of general release, including 50-odd new installers for Yahoo!
- 3.0.12 Partner Repacks will be held as a result of pushing all partners to 3.5
