    • Preparation of localized marketing material in Hindi and Tamil. Continue discussion and scope what needs to be done with various parties, while launch plan is still vague and changes continue
    • masterfirefoxos.com: 1). negotiate schedule with site host agency on milestone deliverables. 2) work with internal teams and resources to nail down a device to shoot, rewrite the script, and recording the audio track for demo videos.
    • Work with communities and help them prioritize multiple requests.
    • Help Havi to get ConnectA2 localized, which is a preloaded app requested by partners.
  • Marketplace:
    • App L10n Feed - Work with Flod to set it up in SVN
    • Work with Scott on his Q3 curation rollout plan
  • Legal:
    • [fr] is being localized by agency
    • [hi], [ta] community review

  • India Research: After a week of analyzing the info gathered, an initial report was sent out to interesting parties. Official report and presentation by Research team will follow in a few weeks.
  • Attended some sessions at Marketplace week, had meetings with people working closely with me.
  • Tarako: Worked with various parties to scope out work, identify task owners and dependencies
    • masterfirefoxos.com: received final customized copy from marketing by end of week for localization.
    • FFOS: worked with L10n communities and SPRM to fix linguistic problems identified in current build
    • Marketing:
    • Setup screenshot file in SVN: Thanks to Flod, the file is on SVN and dashboard
    • Screenshots: French is completed thanks to Theo.
