- String tiers: get feedback, hack together a script to analyze at least a couple of locales based on the current tiers.
- RelMan: meeting with all involved parties.

- Completed cycle l10n report, only missing stats on merge day.
- Worked on App Store updates (what's new) and new Fennec locales with Delphine.
- RelMan+l10n: first results (we have JSON export), set up meeting for next steps.
- More mozilla.org updates with Peiying.
- Worked with Théo on the next Transvision release.

- Measure performance characteristics of Firefox menu in l20n
- Try to get the performance numbers for ts_paint and visual experience (FOUC) on par with master
- Update PluralRules
Struggles last week:
- Getting :waldo's time is hard and without any dedicated Intl C++ Gecko engineer I end up writing a lot of C++ code which spreads me thin
Achievements last week
- Finalized L10nRegistry v1
- Wrote performance monitor for l20n
- Attended TC39 meeting and:
- Pushed formatToParts to Stage 4
- Pushed PluralRules to Stage 3
- Got quality time with ECMA402 editor and decided on next steps with ListFormat and PluralRules
- Worked with :waldo to define how mozIntl will work in Gecko/Firefox
- Wrote mozIntl patch
- Wrote mozIntl.getCalendarInfo patch
- Wrote mozIntl.getDisplayNames patch
- Wrote and landed test262 tests for formatToParts

- Fix Silme to properly serialize quotes in DTD files.
- Figure out how to transform FTL entities to Translation Memory entries.
- Live in-context localization in Pontoon.
- Revive Pontoon dashbaord redesign effort.
Struggles last week:
- An idea I got while writing a blog post on Time Range filter prevented me from writing it.
Achievements last week
- 90+% optimization in detecting relevant changed files in repository on Pontoon sync.
- Added more details to project request email sent by Pontoon.
- Fixed Pontoon bugs, related to:
- Approving suggestions,
- Unsaved changes warning and
- Translation length calculation.
- Submited USCOP project proposal.
- Figured out Pontoon should not be used for Lithium-based SUMO KB l10n.
- Identified blockers to enable VCS Firefox locales in Pontoon.

- Mozilla.org with Flod
- Asia Hackathon planning: File reps budget; make necessary payment for restaurant reservation; ground transportation arrangement; lodging rearrangement.
- L10n community activity trend within a year: draft the trend charts for review focusing Asia Hackathon locales.
Struggles last week:
- Asia Hackathon planning: no rep's budget due to lack of ground travel estimate, restaurant price point

- Worked with Flod on mozilla.org
- Asia Hackathon planning - finalized restaurant selections and immediate dues; confirmed travel plan/lodging reservations; other logistics
- L10n community activity trend within a year: identified the preferred presentation format, gathered data/background info from SUMO team in preferred format.

- Get bug 1288406 (menubar in FTL) to a landable state
- Leave on PTO on Thursday
Struggles last week:
- bug 1288406 (menubar in FTL) turned out to be a sinkhole of legacy XUL code
- I was blocked most of the week on bug 1280671 (L10nRegistry)
Achievements last week
- I started the thread about renaming L20n
- I landed bug 1288639 (MessageContext) which was the first dependency of the menubar in FTL
- I learned to use MozReview. OMG, it's amazing!
