Location of Work (where do you reside?): Mountain View, CA and San Francisco, CA

Talk Length (please choose between 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes): 60-90 minutes (90 with integrated break out sessions)

Summary:

The workshop is focused on leveraging the new localized Get Involved page and helping volunteer communities do the following:

1) Identify contribution needs in their areas

2) Qualify interested volunteers

3) Onboard and mentor core and casual volunteers

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): This is designed to help local community create and expand a more effective volunteer base.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Teach community to leverage passive pipeline of new volunteers, mentor them, and recruit new volunteers.

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: All Contributors and Paid Staff interested in expanding community in local geographies.

Equipment Needs (Video projector already included): Large White Sticky Pads, Markers, large post it notes.
