  • Mentoring work for Théo and 4 other students for their semester IT project, a multilocale typography checker library (that could be used in Transvision)

Pei

  • Africa:
    • Ongoing; continued making progress in localizing the product, testing;
    • Got more clarity potential new markets per partner; identified additional needs from Rubric (keyboards and dictionaries);
    • Re-prioritized remaining tasks for South Africa;
    • Worked with Karen on drafting a template and questionairre to evaluate business case and needs when a new market/language is put in the pipeline.
  • Masterfirefoxos site: Worked with Japanese and German teams to localize the content while the site switched from Pontoon to Verbatim.
  • Marketing:
    • Identified issues with current image curation process (or lack there of); payment
    • Wrote user case for the DAM tool (new marketing image storage system to replace BOX) to figure out a work flow for localization and graphic artist.
    • Worked with Taiwan team on upcoming launches in Asia, updating status and getting clarity on versions needed.
  • Finance: Continued working with Finance to sort out invoices billed against 2014 budget and POs that should be carried over from last year to this, due to project delays (thus no work done as scoped).
